Reports a Markdown destination with invalid URL or percent-encoding syntax.

What it does

Reports a destination that Presswork cannot parse, including invalid percent encoding and an incomplete supported-scheme URL.

Why it matters

A malformed destination cannot identify a stable local or external target.

When it applies

This Rule belongs to the configurable markdown-destinations group. It checks Markdown links, images, resolved references, supported autolinks, and href or src attributes on raw HTML a and img start tags in Recognized Documents.
